“Don’t come to the camino looking for answers. instead, come with an open heart and you may be surprised by what you find.” - jane v. blanchard
By Rebecca Paul, WeExplored and Fleurieu Counselling

Some walks you take for your body. The Camino…you take for your soul. As a therapist, I can honestly say, so many of the answers we are searching for already live within us. But life isn’t exactly set up for us to hear them. The noise. The pace. The constant doing. The “I’ll get to myself one day.”
Walking has always been one of my go-to resources. A space to internally rant, sort things through, feel what needs to be felt… and almost always, walk away feeling a little (and sometimes a lot) lighter.
Now imagine that but with time, real time.
Time to walk, to think, to feel. Time to just be.
Alongside you, a group of incredible women — walking their own paths, holding space, sharing moments, laughing, connecting. And holding that gently is me.
With years of experience supporting people through their inner worlds, I’ll be there quietly holding the space — so you can soften, open, or simply be exactly where you are, without pressure.

There’s no expectation to share. No pressure to process. Just a grounded, supportive presence if and when it’s needed. Alongside that, we have a beautiful local guide, bringing the trail to life through stories, history, and insight you simply don’t access walking it alone. So, you get the depth — without the effort.
And perhaps most importantly — you get to switch off. No planning, no logistics, no holding it all together.
Just walking. Breathing. Being.
Because this isn’t just a walk. It’s a supported, soul-nourishing adventure.
They say, “The Camino doesn’t give you what you want, it gives you what you need.”
Maybe what you need is 130 kilometres of open space with the opportunity to hear your footsteps, your breath and yourself again. We walk, we rest, (yes — there are rest days, massages, and a beautiful 2-day exhale in Porto) and we move gently between challenge and care.
Walking connects us back to our breath. And our breath brings us home to ourselves.
There are three places left on this upgraded, fully-supported final 130 kilometres of the Camino trail.
If something in you is quietly whispering “This might be for me,” I’d love you to listen.
Bec’s upcoming Camino walk begins on September 12th 2026. If you’re interested in joining her, contact your WeExplored travel agent or WeExplored to find out more.
